have the right cancel its order after delivery of the goods (digital

The present terms apply to sales using a website.They aim at defining the sales modalities between aswinnen.be and the user, from the order until services, through payment and delivery. They settle all stages necessary for the transfer of the order and ensure the follow up of this order between the contracting parties. The digital goods will be delivered to the e-mail address specified by the user when ordering.
By validation of the order, we only accept payments via Paypal. Paypal offers a fully secured payment platform and accepts all major credit cards.
Due to the digital nature of the products, we cannot accept any return.
In any case, the final validation of the order implies the acceptance of it by the user, in its entirety and at the price mentioned. That validation worth as signature and explicit acceptance of all processing on the website.

method of ordering to the delivery or to any posterior services,
only a role as facilitator. aswinnen.be cannot be held responsible
for for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of Internet
in general,
and in particular regarding a service failure, an external
intrusion, or the presence of any computer virus, or any cause of
major force, according to the state law. Products are dispatched via
e-mail. aswinnen.be accepts no responsibility for major delay due to
e-mail provider or errorneous input from the user. Any risk
involving transportation of the goods falls under the users’s
liability.

usage. According to the Belgian law of December 8th, 1992 law,
regarding the protection of privacywhen handling private data, the
user is entitled, at any time, to rectify this data as well as to
